  • well the good thing is. in my clans server we have actually activated the nades in game so all the nades you just shown are working on our servers. hahahaha the soldiers nail nade is possibly the most devious.

  • that Syringe could still work for the medic. -%40 damage, 'Poisioned' on hit. (same effects as bleeding) It could work, no?

  • @dragon2000200 yes and no. It would most likely become a melee weapon now instead of being the mediguns predecessor.....dear god the taunt kill valve would use for it....makes me shudder! I mean can you imagine a taunt kill where the medic says "Zis is gonna sting me more then it stings you" Where in he shoves the needle right through his victim....GAHHHH!!!

  • Bear trap(should be a scout secondary weapon and dropped by his feet): -100% damage, stop target from moving for 10 seconds

    The Backpack would have been epic...

  • Overhealer: -50% heal rate, heals 2 targets at once, can only uber charge 1 target

    Syringe (melee): causes poison damage for 30 seconds, -100% direct damage, no critical hits

    Beer Stein: -no random criticle hits, gives a unique taunt

    Branding Iron: no random critical hits, -10% damage, this weapon has a longer reach

    Club(should be given a better name): 20% damage, no random critical hits, +30% attack speed

    Crowbar: some form of special attack like the fish?

  • Tranquilizer: -20% clip size, -20% rate of fire, -100% damage does not deal critical hits. Each hit blurs the victims vision and 10 shots causes the victim to become immobile allowing a backstab

    Ludmila: -20% rate of fire, -10% damage, taget takes 25% more damage from other sources for 5 seconds each hit

    Nail Gun: +300% clip size, +500% primary ammo -50% damage, fully automatic

    Dynamite: +200% damage, takes 5 seconds to detonate, -60% secondary ammo

  • Thank someone that they didn't include grenades in the game. It's one of the reasons why CoD is a bad game, everyone throws their grenadesd everywhere at random.

    they disapprove of Grenade spam. so no nades. as skill is applied more into the guns involved

    overhealer would have been extremely overpowered and break medic gameplay. grenades would reduce the need for demomen, and the list goes on...

    in short they would have either created a major gameplay break, loophole, or imbalance if they were to remain.

  • @TonRobo tranq gun was in tfc, but its not like you may think, it actually just slows you down and lets you turn less quickly so technically the revolver is better in most situations when you get spotted

    I think its before when the Scout had SMG, he had a Nailgun. Its been scrapped because its I think underpowered(opposite of Overpowered)

  • 2:31 That jarate-in-medigun thing... makes perfect sense for the Kritz.

  • This explains why the Demoman makes a side-swing with a bottle, and why the Medic would stab with a bonesaw.

    Their animations were since TF2 first came out, so they weren't adapted for the Medic's Ubersaw. They just happen to have the right animation for it. As for the Demoman... the scimitar doesn't quite fit a stab from the side.

  • The 2 scout items in the end were probably the 2 best ideas and probably the most balan ed only with their skills, the cathers mitt would be like airblast but alittle less effective and backpack would be like sandvich but doesnt constantly regen
