  • i could do this with mine but i wouldnt bother, mine is bricked :(

  • so solder on a serial cable and de-brick it

  • im running mine fully overclocked ne heatsink or fan. no issues at all. i have a wrt54gs v.6.

  • This is pimp shit!

  • where did you get the copper heatsink for the router? it looks like it fits perfectly

  • dude that is really awesome...any chance of it overheating though?

  • What makes you thinks its going to overheat? lol, I dealt with that... in the vid you can see the solid copper heat sink i added and the roof is hinged, so hot air can completely escape if need be. and of course the fan can be turned on so air can circulate while lid is down. yeah its been running OC'd non-stop, no issues with the lid down and fan off. tho it could use a bigger heat sink :-)

  • I always flash it over wireless, i know your not soppuse to. But how else am i gonna do it to my nieghbbors? and other random people routers? I do it just so i can have internet acces further lol

  • yep thats always fun for me :)

  • Like to see you explain to your naibor what happened to his nice new router with half installed firmware when you have a WiFi interuption one day lol.

  • Nothing they could do, nor would they figure it out and it wasn't a nice or new router anyway

  • Why not use a wrt54g router flash it with dd-wrt then repeat your neighbors signal? At least that's slightly more considerate the bricking open networks lol.

  • Try taking it on an airplane! LoL....Very creative. Thumbs-up!

  • yeah, about that... lol

  • I just hacked into my neighbors and upgraded it to ddwrt, now the xmit power is 251! if i told them they would thank me, but i DID not do anything bad...yet.

  • You flashed the router over wireless?

  • push and hold the reset for 30 sec they say

  • push and hold

  • Very nice. The fan door is a nice touch.

Just curious, my roommate changed the password, and then forgot it, and now I can't even telnet into the router. Without busting it open and shorting stuff out, is there any way to reset or change the password on the software side of things?

  • i liked it... beeing a lego child myself :)

  • the only thing odd about this whole setup is that nokia monitor

  • that is cool im going to put leds in mine watch out

  • soo good

  • superb.. 5stars.

  • very cool :)
