There is no noise on earth like an angry sounding 5 litre Ferrari 512 S, or M.

even the 917 Porsche's don't have as menecing a growl as the ferrari does.

I justr wish Enzo would have given them full factory support, then they could of cleaned up on the sport's car championship in 70 and 71,

I'm not a Ferrari fan but who cannot love the 512M!

No other sound or noise in this world llike the 512 S,M car's,

hairy chested,

loud, fast, powerful, total bravado on the track's,

too bad enzo didnt put full financial effort into thier program,

But in 72, He brought the 312 PB out,

and it was a world beater,

@3L3CTR0static Don't get me wrong, I adore the Matra 650 too but they are very different sounds for V12s. The Matra is a screamer, whereas this is a shouter if you know what I mean

the Matra is a 3 litre engine too so it would sound more hyper. the french did make some really nice V-12's in the matra's and they scored good win's too.

Well thats the difference between and factory hopped up SUV AND AN ALL OUT FACTORY CAMPAINGED RACE CAR,

that bimmer does sound good, but the ferrari is VIOLENT IN IT'S NOISE AND EXECUTION,

@kirkconway I hear you, just as I hear the 512 (lol!), but at least replicating that sound should be doable in a newer 12-cylinder unit (like the BMW) with a similar intake and exhaust setup as on the Ferrari.
