If you're trying to sound like Kurt then I'd say you're overdoing Kurt's voice in the verses. Also, why would you want to completely emulate somebody else instead of doing you're own music? Just seems very unoriginal. But if you are in a Nirvana cover band then you're the guy.

Nope...Not yet.

The bridge system will be the same...But The humbuckers will be replaced with a Semour Duncan Hot rail instead. Sound great and lessens the work load. Plus the switch between pickups wont sound as messed up, goin from hi to low etc.

great cover, like your srtat, my strats a jimi hendrix style old body, but i primarily use my vintage 96 fender jagstang (it was designed by kurt) because it has a lot more power then any strat I've played especially with a duncan for the humbucker at the neck, plus the fender mustang neck it uses is pretty much perfection at its finest.
