you might want to check out ebay. Not for your big 3 but ebay did buy out GSI Commerce a year ago or so. GSI Commerce is the driving force behind web pages like NFL, NHL, toys r us, irobot, and dicks sporting goods. They are always adding companies to their list and might soon add more tech companies.

This a good video. Although I would argue that Google, Apple and Amazon have already taken over.  But I get what you're saying. Google has a lot of new things going for it. Apple is constantly creating more new Apple Users. Amazon is going to succeed because of its foothold in cloud services.

I was one of the "early adopters" of Google + when it first came out. However, honestly, I've never used it. I (and others) saw it simply as "Facebook, just organized slightly differently." I definitely wasn't expecting Amazon to be on there, but from what you said I can see why they are. I don't know how well the iPad 3 will do. It doesn't seem like they have a whole lot to improve on but then again the iPad 2 was only slightly different than the original and people still were willing to pay a lot. I really think Google will have a lot of success because Google Chrome is a great browser and is still improving and I think Google+ may start showing up in more places around the Web.
