  • About as cringeworthy as it gets.

  • WHAT A BUNCH OF HILL BILLYS GET A JOB YOU TREE HUGGING IDIOTS!!!!!

  • most of these tosspots will be shopping in there anyway and what about all the other nasty little shops in Stokes that rip you off left right and center and don't even give you choice, burn those little mini markets if you burn anything

  • Twats. Fuck the PRSC. A bunch of stinking untalented muppets who think any graffiti is art cos Banksky once lived in Bristol. Spraying their snot-art over an increasing number of squats and devaluing the properties of legitimate homeowners in the area. Yeah, Stoke's Croft is wonderful - kebabs, drunks and whores! PRSC just want this property for themselves so they can vomit up more shit hackneyed "street art". Fuck off.

  • @suckitslag Fuck off you capitalist pig! Go suck society's filthy dick!

  • I'd much have another squat covered in graff and inhabited by do nothing losers with too much time on their hands than a shop employing people, yeah.

  • @IAmKingBonzo I think your judgement on who is involved is for the most part incorrect. There are a whole range of people who wish to conserve a traditional streetscape of shops and not be limited to a generic environment. I see your point about jobs, but if 10 shops close down, each formerly employing 4 people, that is a huge total loss of employment. And anyway, sainsbury's is not far up the street. Tesco there is not necessary.

  • looking at this video and the PRSC meeting regarding the planning application the people involved really don't seem representative of the local populace outside of 'the canteen', since I know people who've grown up in the area who don't give a toss either way I say your assertation that support is widespread is incorrect. The idea that there are 10 shops atm to compete with a supermarket is nonsense, the majority of places are restaurants and cafes which would benefit from the increased...

  • What is keeping people away unfortunately is the unsightly graffiti, derelict shops, street drinking and drug use, I fail to see how a tesco would make things worse, in fact this site was a supermarket before it was jesters, finally there are a whole load of extra students and yound proffessionals about to move to the area via various developments, I think what really scares these crusties is that the area might actually pull itself together soon, no squats = no crusties, what a shame.

  • @IAmKingBonzo I'm just sick of seeing dreadlocked zombies on K. I wish they would go and piss themselves to death in the corner. They are the most boring recreational drug users in the UK.
