You can compare prefuse with premier.
Just because some elements are different, doesn't mean that you can't make a valid point on some areas.
That being said, I find Dj Premier and Dr Dre a LOT better from a musical perspective (more techique, more complex and clean drum patterns, etc).
Kesha IS insanely talented by the way.
