First of all, I would appreciate it if you would use proper grammer. Second of all, just get close to them without them spotting you and hold the shoot button, unless you release it strongly, you won't shoot. To throw enemies, you've got to drag them near an opening. The openings vary.

(The Two pictures of the girls in Longerie, the one guys picture of his abs, one of the Two people in the Locker room, One of Olga asleep, and the one of the Woman from the distance in the Engine room)
