  • its beautiful

  • Diana Kruger is a shame for all german actors

  • @Filiale21 diane kruger is amazing!

  • Loved this in The Alamo…loved it in Inglorious Basterds.

  • Perfect

  • this movie is in my top 5 and probably the best movie to comeout in the last 12 years i'd say.

  • Quentin Tarantino Is a Basterd !!

  • One of the best films ever..This title music also the best theme ever...

  • Every Tarantino movie is great, nearly all of his movies are special (excluding Jackie Brown, which was a very good movie but not Tarantino-like)

  • @Evolinag

How can you even say that?! Jackie Brown is easily one of his greatest films and REEKS of Tarantino!

  • @WhySoCerial

    1. Kill Bill (both parts)

    2. Pulp Fiction & Inglourious Basterds ( i love both the same)

    3. Death Proof

    4. Jackie Brown

( i know i have not seen Reservoir Dogs yet)

  • @Evolinag

Weird, bro. Jackie Brown, Pulp Fiction, and Reservoir Dogs are his absolute classics.

  • @WhySoCerial

I love all of his movies (i haven't seen Reservoir Dogs yet) but i love KB the most.

  • Tarantino is such a genius. ALL of his movies take u 2 another world, there's nothin else like em.

  • ich habe diesen filme schon mindestens ein dutzend mal gesehen.Inglorious Basterds ist sehr klasse!!!!!!

  • Walked into my wrestling quad with this playing loud. I got first place. I felt like the fucking bear jew.

KLASSE!

  • THANX,,AWESOME,,

    leon....

  • Ein verdammt guter Film!

  • @halloduuuu1 Dieser Film verurteilt gut nicht. Sind Sie verrückt?

  • Im german and i love it

  • @CFGERProductions AMEN BROTHER...

  • The like bar is green like the green leaves of summer.

  • @Zahinn i get it

  • What is the first instrument? (The first lead, i don't mean the steel-stringed rythm guitar).

  • @TheHermann17

You know I've been thinking that too. I think it is a Bandoneón or metallic clarinet...

  • Get down motherfucker.

  • 12 of the gestapo officers hugo stiglitz killed disliked this

  • Can't even fucking wait for Django Unchained! It's going to be EPIC! Waltz as the bounty hunter and Leonardo DiCaprio as the slave master what could be better!

  • Gorlami!! Antonio Margerete!! Dominic de Coco

  • Where is this from? I have The Alamo's soundtrack, and this version of Green Leaves is not on there. Allmusic says that it's from a 1960's compilation album of movie themes.

  • Rest in peace, Sally.

  • Tarantino, f*ckin genious

  • Mind you the Germans were good in the World Cup Schweinsteiger and Muller what they did to England They dominated the game

  • Definitely not his best and not my favorite, but still a work of art. It has some very well done scenes with beautiful shots and a perfect soundtrack; however, I feel like it kind of died after the tavern shootout. It was building up to be this really awesome film--then it died. It's as if Tarantino had ideas for all these really cool set pieces and didn't know how to finish it all. Which, I can understand 'cause I'm the same way. I just feel like he could have done better. It had potential.

  • @Transformers2themax so you mean the whole theater burning on fire, while Shoshana laughs demonically at the nazis, along with Donny and Omar bursting in and shooting the hell out of Hitler and Goebbles plus everyone in the audience isn't enough of a climax?

  • It's the fact that it was so predictable and unsurprising that took away from it. To be honest, it kind of bored me. Pulp Fiction, Reservoir Dogs, Kill Bill(most particularly), and Death Proof; those films had action. In fact, I believe those highlight his talent as an artist. I.B. to me just has some eye candy and a few scenes with good dialogue. But towards the end of the film, it lost its touch. It was no longer pretty, the humor died, the dialogue in general did. It was disappointing for me.

  • However, needless to say, it is a work of art. To me, what makes it so brilliant is the entire purpose. Okay, it's supposed to be a propaganda film in the form of a half Nazisploitation half spaghetti western. Nevertheless, the fact that it's a propaganda film doesn't mean that's how Tarantino feels. It's about propaganda films in a way. You go to see this film about Nazis(and regular Germans soldiers) getting their heads bashed in by Jews...then we see Nation's Pride, the German I.B...(Cont.)

  • (Cont.)...And to me, that's just brilliant. The audience were just expecting to see Nazis and Germans getting scalped, shot, slit, and their heads bashed in...then they saw the German version of it--within the same film! I mean, it's just so cool how Tarantino's able to do that. He's very, very modest about his films, but there definitely is subtext there.....Well, that's what I have to say. I recently got a copy of the Django Unchained script and I am very excited for it. So far, it's amazing.

  • @Transformers2themax love to hear that. I can't wait 'till Django Unchained comes out as well ^^

  • @PaulThePuppetier If you want a copy of the script, I can PM it to you.

  • @Transformers2themax That would be great =)

  • @Transformers2themax my freind understand. Tarantino is just a brilliant drirector and wriiter. One thing ive always noticed is how he bring reality into his movie to make them seem very pllausable, and like real life sitatuion that actully took place Yet at the same time, he adds the completely fictional moment we all know in love, the same moment we shared in Pulp Fiction and Reservior dogs...-cont-

  • @Transformers2themax .-cont-...He's just brilliant. Hes the reason i wanna be a director. And its refressing to see you and all these other people who understand that, and see the beuatuy in his work. Not just smash it and say its terrible. I as well cant wait untill Django Uncahined

  • @MrCampbellsoup33 Same here. I've always wanted to write film and I do as a hobby write scripts for movies I might make someday; however, I didn't want to be a director until I got into Tarantino. Now I want to be an exploitation filmmaker. I have a similar style, but a little bit differently. Presently, I'm developing the story and screenplay for my own which is a spaghetti western in the form of a '60s biker film. And in order to develop a plot, I'm gonna have to rent some westerns-(Cont.)

  • @MrCampbellsoup33 (Cont.)-So, he's kind of turned me onto exploitation cinema. Did I know of those films? Of course--I love anything old school. But Tarantino's style really introduced me to it all. I mean, I'm now writing my own@ Though, it is sad to me that people still don't understand his work. All us fans know about the films he pays homage to, but the general public really haven't caught on yet. Which is why I cannot wait to graduate and join the industry. We need to educate people on art.

  • @Transformers2themax Eaxctly, Tarantinoi just makes movies in a way no one else can, and thats why he is so higly critized. Good movies are like good music these days, theses alot out that want to be good but little that aactullt have what it takes to be good. I wish the best of luck to you. I to have been writting for a year or two know, and i love doing it. So keep at it, i hope to see you in the world of writters and directors one day.

  • Perfect.

  • I remember seeing this in the cinema... at the end of the opening credits, when "once upon a time......... in Nazi-occupied France" came up there was an audible "wtf?" laugh... something just told me it was going to be a fucking great movie

  • Gorlami.....

  • shit this song sent chills down me

  • tarantino knows the perfect music for every scene

  • @Ninga0809 I know right? Remember the Kill Bill opening? Beautiful.

  • Wasn't a major fan of the film compared to QT's earlier work, but this and his use of Ennio Morricone is tremendous.

  • @0595Ricardo They built what? Sorry, I believe you hit a typo, man.

Ps. You have to admit, this song really is soothing. It's so old fashioned and all. It's French, am I correct? I was a bit surprised Tarantino didn't use any Edith Piaf in I.B. Oh, well. Regardless, it's a great film, up until after the fight in the tavern. I'm sorry to say it, but I feel as though it lost it's purity halfway through the film. It seems like he's beginning to lose his touch. Still, a good film.

  • @0595Ricardo Yes, I do feel like a true American. However, I do tend to use it for a substitution why I hate the ignorant people of this country. I do not hate my country, but I do get very annoyed with my countrymen. I mean, my ancestry were here first. They came all the way over from across the ocean and were enslaved when the Europeans finally arrived. I don't care what race you are, because I do believe that all are equal. I just get a little offended when people glorify Custer.

  • @0595Ricardo Really? Me too. I have some German, some Scottish, some Irish, English, and Cherokee. The Native-American is perhaps my favorite of my inheritance. I take it very seriously, being an original North American. However, I am open to all cultures. The French, Asians, Indians, etc. Those are all very fascinating to me. That's something I love about Tarantino films--he always brings in people of different cultures, as well as different genres of music and style. It's pure art.

  • @0595Ricardo I wouldn't consider all of Europe "civilized". Aside from Churchill, the Brits are some of the most arrogant, illogical, unclean race of people I know of. Now, they may have a centered culture; I will give them that. However, they seem to have the mindset that they know everything about our government and think that they have the right to speak their take on it. Not that they don't have the right; they just don't know a thing of what they're talking about.

  • now its 11 nazis fuck nazi !

  • @Sahar284 you're not saying it right. It's Nat-zee. We gotta collect 11 Nat-zee scalps. hear?

  • just curious 0:05 - 0:20, what instrument is being played there? :)

    love the soundtrack!

  • @rebecca17 An accordion.

  • I don't get what motivated 9 people to dislike this. Not because it's a good track from a great film, but because of it's existence entirely. Why would you dislike it? It doesn't make any sense.

  • God, I love French music, and their culture as a whole. They're such civilized people.

  • ............................

  • 9 people did not ejoy the moment when Landa says: Bingo!

  • 763 Nazis sucked Justin Biebers dik, there something thats not hating on the dislikes, but still making fun of bieber

  • Attention to all clown-asses: Yes, we understand that this is a great song from a great movie. It is redundant and irritating to make a comment about the number of dislikes and trying to make a topically funny joke about it's size.

  • Nine people with no souls at all.

  • 9 people said auf wiedersehen to their balls

  • @ar2014 make that 12 >:(

  • @lDanteXO1l lol i see

  • i think it is not Nick Perito. Its Ennio Morricone

  • @lukempire93 It's Dimitri Tiomkin ;)

  • Comment removed

  • @pietrodenatale shut the fuck up!!!!

  • @pletchersucks you mad bro

  • @goldeliteIT nahhh it's just that the "'random number' dislikes are 'insert anything at all here'" comments are getting really annoying. Another annoying thing is how every single video has a comment where someone brings up Justin Bieber. This guy combines two evils.

  • @pletchersucks ya i know i was just jk :P

  • Comment removed

  • @pietrodenatale ....Its good to see someone get told to suck a cock in your own language when looking at a wicked tune ... good job ..Hungarian is the best

  • a beautiful song!

  • @celticrune12345

    you sick fuck

  • who are the crouching guys at 1:47? i dont remember seeing them at the movie

  • @ar2014 The scene where Aldo had them lined up and gave them the "I want my Nazi Scalps" speech. They were just shown for a couple minutes, not in the whole movie.

  • @AreYouExperienc3d yes i know but i dont remember seeing them die

  • once upon a time in nazi-occupied france......

  • Was used in John Wayne's "The Alamo"

  • seriously, what is with all these "5 people are..." comments?

  • @MrThemeParkAudios

you take the number of dislikes on a very liked video, like this one, that has 6 now, and claim 6 people....etc. etc. etc.. Something involving the movie, or subject, usually bad, like 5 people getting swastikas carved on their forehead

  • @MrThemeParkAudios The: X people are.... means: X is the number of people who dislikes this video. Then you say something thats fits the theme of the video about them...

  • For what should I want to search to find more of this kind of music?

  • @nokiXedge Ennio Morricone

  • @M40A3 incorrect. The song composed by Dmitri Tiomkin. But yes, the quality and the style are equals in Morricone's themes

  • @TheLonberk Dipshit I was responding to the question what should I search if I would like to find more of this music, yes I know the song is by Nick Perito which is why I said Ennio Morricone, get off your high horse, and your balls out of your asshole you stupid insignificant mook.

  • @M40A3 Of course I know him, but... no, not really. Thanks though

  • 5 people got scalped

  • 5 people are Nazis

  • BIIIIIIIIIINGOOOO! 8P

  • 5 people respectfully refused.
