  • Do any of these two guns have any metal parts?

Do they shoot metal bb's or Pelets?

  • @stevenboli The HPP is almost all metal with the exception of the magazine, the SA177 has a metal slide and metal magazine. Both shoot 4.5mm round steel BB's.

  • @ switchingtomac, Awesome thanks thought mine was broken.

Any word when you will get more tanfoglio witness 1911 back in stock ?

Any new colors on that model coming soon ?

  • @hh15england The Witness 1911 should be in fairly soon, just waiting on delivery! No new colors as far as I know?

  • *their

  • @switchingtomac, on the SA177 when you put it on safety does the trigger not move at all or does it give in easier when compared to safety off ?

I ask because it seems on peoples reviews there trigger does not move when in safety, but mine does (way easier too).

  • @hh15england When the SA177 is on safe, the trigger is free floating. It moves but does not do anything.

  • can you review the daisy model 25

  • I bought the sa 177 :D

  • @karelmoredo Nice!

  • @karelmoredo i got mine last month i love it

  • I have a sa 177 and a small green plug in the back of the gun broke now the blowback dosnt work does anyone know how to repair it

  • I'm looking into the SA177. does it have durable internals/frame?

  • @Derkensteino It is built much like the original Glock, metal slide and polymer frame.

  • Thank god for videos like yours I bought one of those, pulled the hammer back and thought it was broken

  • @thatsjon Glad I helped you out!

  • I saw the sa177 on your site for $85, and i calculated all of the shipping and taxes and it came to $115, is there any way that i could get it for a bit cheaper, at around 80-90? i saw it on airgunstyle com for 55 but i would prefer to buy it from your site because you're located in canada. i was also wondering if you could price match or anything along those lines. thanks mike

  • Im really interested in buying this gun but im 15 and i live in toronto canada, the laws are annoying here, you would also know. But what do i need to do to get the gun from the site you've listed because i know i need some extra info cuz im in canada

  • @ToxicKaios Just get your parents to order it for you and you will be OK.

  • @ToxicKaios you can order one off airgun source, its in Peterborough

  • @greendeval its not in stock

  • is the trigger on the SA177 metal?

  • @Palidiniumofficial I believe it's plastic.

  • @switchingtomac is it polymer? or like really durable?

  • @switchingtomac It feels durable to me and I have not heard of one breaking so far?

  • hey i found out today that my sa177 is leaking? idk what to do, any suggestions?

  • @gbuploadz Where is it leaking? They are generally pretty good. You can try soaking the main CO2 seal with lots of Crosman Pellgun oil. How old is it?

  • @switchingtomac its like 3 months old.

  • @muzzlepuncher7 Sounds like it has some friction issues? Mine does not have the same problem as yours, slide works great.

  • this gun is so awesome! and he does great reviews

  • @mysterynerds Thanks!

  • @switchingtomac is this the older sa177?

  • @elvensbane I bought mine about two years ago, not sure if it's really changed much since then?

  • @switchingtomac The newer ones appear to have a nasty look to the front of the gun, loses its glock look. :\

  • @elvensbane Do you have a link to a photo?

  • @switchingtomac Ahh I was thinking of the T4.

  • @elvensbane Yes, the T4 is from Crosman and is non-blowback while the ASA177 is from Umarex and is a blowback gun.

  • i like the review it tells me more then those other sucky videos i love the sa177

  • @TheXman50156 Thanks!

  • You have some amazing reviews as a legal Canadian gun owner , I still collect these air pistols I grew up with , I do have to say these , too are total junk in my opinion. The Beretta , the Colt ones are great , even the daisy , these two just shine in bad quality.

  • @specialforces99 I don't mind them, I don't shoot mine a lot but so far they have held up OK and they are very inexpensive to start with. I like the SA177 as it is the only Glock styled air gun I have seen and the HPP is nice and heavy with good blowback and decent power and CO2 usage.

  • @specialforces99 can you give me names? im looking for one.

  • so its air soft or real bb gun

  • @ThePelletgunman Real 4.5mm steel BB gun.

  • i got one and co2 wont look in side to shoot

  • Is this legal in the uk?

  • @Cheesepickles22 I'm not certain of your laws, best to check locally.

  • @Cheesepickles22 yes they are legal over here.

  • I got the sa177, and right out of the package, when I first put a co2 in, I can hear what sounds like leaking gas. However after a shot or 2 the noise dissapears, and there doesnt seem to be any performance problems or anything else associated with leakage. Is this a problem? Thanks alot.

  • @Benjoreally Maybe the valve was a bit sticky and it need some shots through the gun to loosen up, get the cobwebs out so to speak.

  • Is there any way to dissasemble this weapon? if so could you do a video on it?

  • @BaseSlider71 I don't generally field strip guns that require tools, this one does require tools to take apart.

  • @switchingtomac It doesnt need any tools except to poke out the little rod thing in the front, that's it. I think you should field strip the SA177, look up another video on youtube of how then just do what they do.

  • the sa177 is more realistic because the real glock pistol has a composite gripe and lower reciever...jus sayin

  • Hi i was just wondering how manny bb guns u got???

  • @MrKerpelWatson Check the "About Me" on this page:

    replicaairguns(dot)com/about-me/

  • You should check out the crosman t4

  • @bradleygarrett1999 I think I like the SA177 better, working slide with blowback. But if you want to shoot pellet then the T4 may be better.

  • do you ship to america seeing your out of canada?

  • @mrkawi624 Yes I do!

  • @switchingtomac k great

  • Which one is the better bang for my buck?

  • @RaeperFawks I think the HPP i s the nicer shooter while the SA177 in a bit nicer looking. Both are very good airguns.

  • The long trigger pulls does not have anything to say, cuz when you get more used to it, you know how long you can pull the trigger backwards, without firing.

Going to buy the SA-117 soon!!

  • hey i like your videos man. nice reviews .

i was wondering if you could do a comparison on the umarex sa177 and the walther cp99 ..... i want to buy one of these, but im not sure. i like the way the walther looks, because of the realistic co2 magazine reload thing , but then i like the realistic blowback on the sa177.... you dont have to do a review, but some advie would help, lol... i just wish there was a gun out there that had blow back and realistic co2 magazine reload thing lol.

  • @dallasdro The Cyberguns blowback pistols are very realistic, take a look at the Cybergun GSG 92, Sig Sauer X-Five and Witness 1911.

  • how'd i get from watching skate videos to this?

  • @Dontreallycareish Call it luck!

  • i have about 150$ (£95) to buy a bb gun and gas and more magazine which bb gun out of all of them that you know would be good for me??

  • @seancool00 I only know what guns cost here in Canada, they will be different in other areas. What guns are you thinking about "all of them" is a lot of guns?

  • @switchingtomac i was thinking either the umarax sa 177, the berreta elite 2 or the walther cpp9 compact co2 blowback

  • My neighbours live very close to me, and dont really like loud noices. Would this be a bad idea to purchase, since my neighbours call the cops quickly. Oh almost forgot: This gun is illegal but they dont mind that. They just dont like the sound, so bad idea to get? They live close to me. Great review again, thank you very much!

  • @MaartenOwnd Guess that's something you need to work out with your neighbors... It's not the most quiet airgun around.

  • Hey do these guns shoot plastic bbs? Just want to know if its okay for skirmishes etc

  • @Charlienine4 Metal 4.5mm BB's only

  • @switchingtomac ah okay thank you (:

  • @Charlienine4 It'll hurt like hell and you might have to get someone to pull the bbs out of your skin with tweezers.

  • @Hellsslave666 wow fuck that xD thanks for the advice

  • @Charlienine4 The sa 177 shoots metal bb's im not sure about the hpp

  • @Charlienine4 No, these are BB Guns BB Means METAL, AirSOFT means plastic.

  • Comment removed

  • @Charlienine4 This comes in BOTH airsoft and metal BB versions. The airsoft one is called the "Tactical Force Combat", the metal BB version is the "SA177". Pay attention. Get the right one.

  • Do you know where I could get a really small bb gun?

  • @MegaRandomLOLguy The Umarex Makarov is pretty small, yet powerful and accurate.

  • @MegaRandomLOLguy i dont know, how bout u look in your pants? had to say it

  • how many shots would you guess the saa 177 gets per c02

  • @mwmwmwmwmmdw This is about a 100 shot gun.

  • I know these are cheap BB Guns so if proper maintenance is performed then how long should the "lifespan" of the sa177 be before it starts misfiring, breaking, etc.

  • @Benjoreally It's really hard to say, you should get several thousand shots out of an airgun.

  • so which one of these are better all around?

  • @Infantrymyers They are both very good, not sure which one is better, depends on what you want. SA177 is less expensive and looks more realistic, the HPP is all metal and shoots a bit better.

  • does the sa 177 have an adjustable sight?

  • @hipster528 No

  • i have the umarex walther ppk/s. i love it, but i need the RWS chamber lube stuff cause the CO2 keeps leaking

  • @ROBDOGG97 You can also use Crosman Pellgun oil if that's easier to get, pretty much the same stuff.

  • @switchingtomac thank you, I've heard that but was never really sure. i love your videos by the way. excellent reviews on basically any gun i search for. have you used the ppk/s? i enjoy it very much and it was a very good price for me

  • @ROBDOGG97 Thanks! I really like the PPK, not the most power or accuracy but lots of fun to shoot with it's small size and pretty heavy blowback.

  • @switchingtomac ya, i got it for $59.99 at big-5 on sale. i am looking to get a blowback GAMO pistol that shoots the pellets. i prefer blowback over nonblowback for the added realism

  • How would you compare the blowback on the HPP and SA177? I have both air pistols and I find that the HPP's blowback is strong and crisp while the blowback on the SA177 is slower and weak. Is your experience similar?

  • @GLOCK23 That's a fair comparison. My SA1777 had a lot of silicone oil on the slide and as I shot the gun more the slide got snappier as the silicon wore off a bit.

  • @switchingtomac i figured it out, it was the green plug located inside the rear of the slide on the SA177. After firing so many rounds through the gun, the green plug got worn out. I modified this piece and now the blowback is alot snappier like the HPP.

  • @GLOCK23 Nice!

  • 100 shots per one CO2? its good. I have walther CP sport, it is not blowback and after 60 shots the accuracy goes rapidly down. I am gonna buy the SA 177, great gun!!

  • @THENS55 UMAREX TRIED A RELISTIC feel all glocks are polymer with metal slides

  • Alright, thanks, I guess im just a little worried about quality, its my first co2 pistol and I dont want it to be too cheapy

  • My only concern with the sa177 is the plastic frame, is it cheapy plastic or is it nice??

  • @TheNs55 It's just fine, most modern pistols have plastic (Polymer) frames these days.

  • Which would you reccomend of the two?

  • @TheNs55 For looks the SA177 for shooting the HPP.

  • people keep saying it looks like a glock i own a spring field xd 40 and the SA in SA177 is supposed to stand for Springfield Armory Now Dont get me wrong you get all due respect

  • @wtfurick I would imagine the Springfield Armory is a bit of a rip off of the Glock then? Which came first? So if the SA177 looks lie the Springfield Armory and the Springfield Armory looks like the Glock then the SA177 also looks like the Glock.

  • @switchingtomac you are correct springfield armory is kind of a rip off i believe that glock came first and it does kind of look like a glock 17/22

  • Im buying this gun today at Big 5 Sporting Goods I cant wait!!!

  • Witch one would you recommend for a beginner or the c41 crosman

  • @Arty2213 I would recommend the HPP if you want blowback!

  • @switchingtomac witch bb gun do you think is the best below 95 dollars???

  • @Arty2213 SA177, CP99 Compact and HPP are some of my under $100 top picks.

  • @switchingtomac thanks

  • @switchingtomac i do have the crosman american classic but i want a semi auto bb gun with blow back and has more than 370 fps

  • is the sa177 legal in michigan?

  • @hockeycuber101 I try not to comment on US regulations as I am a Canadian and I am not an expert on US airgun laws? Perhaps someone else can reply to this one with an answer?

  • sa 117 can you use copper bbs

  • @hustlermian yes.

  • I narrowed my choice down to 2 bb guns for pinking and fun which one would you prefer the beretta elite 2 or the umarex sa 177? please and thanks

  • @hustlermian Already answered in another post for you.

  • @switchingtomac any other glock look alike guns? Does Cyber gun have a glock in 4.5mm? Also would you recommend a pistol or should I get the uzi? I live in a suburban area, I have a backyard to shoot in. I am kind of leaning towards the tangfolio, because it is alot smaller than the uzi. Also it looks pretty darn cool too. The uzi I like because it can be converted to FA. which could be fun.

  • @nunvikingsofthesea The only other Glock looking blowback gun will be the Crosman C51 when it comes out shortly. The UZI is a great gun but the Tanfoglio is very nice and as you said it is small.

  • @switchingtomac Ummm...... Thanks For The Advice But I Ended Up With The Umarex Sa177 I Like The Blowback And The C51 Is Out

  • which gets more shots per cartridge?

  • @XB0XFR34K Both are very similar in CO2 usage.

  • it takes too long to load the SA .177 and you lose a lot of bbs trying to load it. its a pain in the ass. thats something that bugs me a bit with this gun.

  • it takes too long to load and you lose a lot of bbs trying to load it. its a pain in the ass. thats something that bugs me a bit with this gun.

  • does the sa177 fit a blackhawk serpa holster??

  • @00gbal Not sure, if it fits a Glock it might.

  • hi im selling my sa177!! not an special reason, shoot around 1500 shots, you will get an speed loader with it, im live in norway!! send message on my youtube account if intressed!

  • i looked at your site :) you have great prices for a Canadian airgun shop!!!!

  • @CONN3232 Thanks - I try ;)

  • @switchingtomac we need more stores like this :)

  • @switchingtomac can the SA177 take copper BB's?

  • @CONN3232 nvm i read some comments :)

  • @CONN3232 Sure.

  • i was turned off as soon as he released the skinny ugly magazine

  • hey mac weve talked a little bit about diff guns what would you buy if you only wanted one gun out of these 2?

  • @HatesStupidPeople194 The SA177 looks a bit nicer, the HPP feels and shoots a bit nicer, it's a hard call, depends what you want?

  • @switchingtomac hey also i heard somewhere that if you use copper bbs it will hurt the gun (the sa177). do you know if thats true?

  • @henry0798 I don't think they will hurt the gun, I just prefer the zinc platted ones as they seem to corrode less and leave less dust in the guns.

  • where do u get a pistol bb gun

  • @lilbeatz1 You can get many models online at my Web-store, you can get them at Canadian Tire and most hunting stores.

  • @switchingtomac is the "glock" metal?

  • @henry0798 The actual Glock has a metal slide and polymer frame just like the SA177.

  • hows the co2 for the glock? like out of both guns which one has better co2 usage?

  • @TSD7150 Both are about the same, about 100+ shots.

  • @kooperblack They should have them over at "pyramydair(dot)com" You're in the US right?

  • @kooperblack I don't have it for sale, there are other sites that have it pretty cheap.

  • is the trigger full metal on the umarex sa.177?

  • @dotanpaz100 Plastic, but heavy reenforced.

  • @switchingtomac can it break?

  • @dotanpaz100 It's pretty heavy duty and thick but anything can be broken, just ask my son.

  • wtf where did u by them in Canada? my SA177 was 110!!

  • how accurate is it and what fps will it shoot at around 25 degrees centigrade

or in other word in english weather

also would you recommend it for plinking and 15,20,25 yards shooting also how durable is it

  • @airtrifle I haven't done a chronograph test on it but it is supposed to shoot around 400 fps. It should shoot fine in your temperatures, pretty close to max. As it's aBB gun I would try and shoot within 10-30 feet from the target. Shooting further out will have less accuracy.

  • @switchingtomac thanks are they a good gun and would it be worth buying more clips

  • @airtrifle Yes, it's a decent gun and more magazines is always a good idea ;)

  • @switchingtomac thanks are they a good gun and would it be worth buying more clips also can u please do a chrono graph

  • @switchingtomac thanks are they a good gun and would it be worth buying more clips also can u please do a chrono graph also can u scuscribe and add me as a freind

  • how accurate is it and what fps will it shoot at around 25 degrees centigrade

  • Just Asking..

Would you Reckon that i could get these in Australia?

Because these are some Fiinee air guns?

    Thanks

  • @Mr44hollowpoint We ship guns in the Replica Airguns Store to Australia

  • barrel rifled?.

  • @darkgoblin2 Not on these puppies!

  • just wondering if there is any way to add a suppressor the sa 177? heard that you need a threaded barrel? but i looked up online and couldnt find anything for this gun.

  • @ProtossCraft There may be a way but there is no out of the box retail solution that I know of?
