is this normal on a cebu pacific flight? i saw this just last week, and i thought it was cute. if this is normal on every flight, then i commend the crew for taking extra effort in entertaining their passengers.

but, IMHO, if this is not, then i would think, this is done because lately, cebu pacific is receiving a lot of bad publicity on the news. hahahahaha!
