He only does it twice, because this is actually his THIRD form, beyond "Mumm-Ra the Everliving" called "Mumm-Ra the All Powerful."

The second time he did it, he became a giant... taller than both the tower of Omens and Cat's Lair. It was also his last day on Third Earth.

@ImmortalSynn he also does this form in the episode 'return of the thundercubs' i think, his voice and look change to this rather than the standard everliving form.

Also, the form he takes in in the last day is more than this form, much more powerful. So you could say he had 3 forms ; the everliving, all powerful.....and super?

dunno a fitting name for his 'last day' form but it is definately seperate from his other two.

Not really, he just took the form of a giant as well... but if you'll notice, his clothing/colors (particularly his loin-cloth) stay the same as his all-powerful form, which are different than his everliving outfit colors.

@ImmortalSynn Not really?? are you trying to say that the form he took in the last day is the same form as here, just a bit bigger? lol ....maybe you need to watch the episode again, but even mummra himself clearly states how he has "attained an evil strength the likes of which has never been seen". He took the form of a giant because thats how powerful he had become, otherwise he would have just taken the form of a giant in every other episode. Its sort of implied thats his most powerful form.

indeed, that's exactly what I said. What real difference of power did he display other than increased height between this and the other times he'd taken his all-powerful form??? None. That, and his height was continually pared down as the episode progressed, but he didn't necessarily weaken until reverting to his mummified body.

honestly, watch the episode again because it will become instantly clear his 'last day' form is just as different to his second form as it is to his first.

@ImmortalSynnLOL thundercubs and return came before the last day, so quoting him doesnt prove anything. His form in thundercubs was the most powerful form he took up to that point, not as powerful as in the last day though, and any thundercat fan will tell you that. just watch the episode, it explains everything and youll see its very very clear its a drastically different form. and i actually did list his extra powers in one of my comments, there were two because i ran out of word count.
