I think you made the mistake of assuming he was using the fact that Saeed is a top guy to counter the argument that he is a chucker. I don't think he was.

And tbh, if you think he's a chucker, you can't know much about cricket. It's the case for a lot of spin bowlers than bowl this type of unorthodox off-spin to appear to be chucking when in fact all the motion is in the wrist.
