I did notice in another vid with this handsome guy he almost anticipated the heel command at the point of raising arm for the thighslap signal by a split second 1 very sharp animal
@MrDiamonds01 It basically just to "spice up" heeling for dogs who are fully trained and/or advanced in heeling. I just throw it in once in awhile to change things up for them. Other than showing control in terms of a dog's level of training, it's nothing that's necessary.
