Hey Guys! Thanks for the info. I have been looking at a lot of strength training info for running because I am very injury prone. How often would you recommend doing these types of exercises to prevent injury?
Thanks! Just curious, can you do these with runner's knee? By runner's knee, I mean mild tendonitis around the knee cap. I can't actually run until it is completely healed, but I don't want to get out of shape before track season either.

I currently have an IT Band injury and can't run. Should I be doing these exercises and will they help strengthen my leg and core muscles. Thanks
