Usually, I dislike guys setting people up for failure with guns, especially to make themseles feel big, but she did pretty well cosidering its A FUCKING BATTLE RIFLE. What kind of a douche bag sends his wife out to shoot full size caliber her first go. Maybe he wants to turn her off from the joy of shooting as much as she's already turned off from so many other pleasures. Maybe buying her a cheap saiga (5.45x39) wouldn't be a bad idea sice she would probably excell at it. might school dude too!

mines giving me problems...(& yes I clean my rifle)...but with both commercial & surplus ammo. It taps the primer cap on the cartage when I chamber a round, & some times it even goes BANG! with out pulling the trigger, I know theirs something wrong with it, but does any ones CETME pecker tap the primer cap when they chamber a round?...plz let me know, thanx...:-)

@kyle82386 @kyle82386 There may ba a real bad problem with your bolt gap. DO NOT CHAMBER ANOTHER ROUND UNTIL AFTER YOU TAKE IT TO A GUNSMITH! ! ! ! !

I cannot stress that enough. Your rifle is beyond unsafe and could get you screwed by the ATF if you were at a range and an visiting agent wanted to get happy with it.

My only objection is that unlike the H&K, the CETME does not allow for windage adjustment, that is adjusting for bullet hit to the left or to the right, depending on the ammunition, wind condition, temperature, etc.
