I do it differently and have changed the arraingment. For the chords while singing "heart" I use an A, Amaj7, and A13. Then I walk down from the Bm to Bm7. Then use a blues progression at the end of the verses; Amaj7, D9th, E7+5. Maybe you can pick it up if you watch the hands. Good luck, and thanks for the comments.
