Illegal weapons? Illegal by who's say? There are no international laws that say certain kinds of weapons are illegal. That's a bunch of Orwellian bullshit meant to fool the dumb westerners.

The only authority that can deem certain weapons illegal is the importing country itself, which, in this case, would be Libya. And, I'm pretty sure they are OK with it, unless the weapons are meant for the rebels, aka, Muhajideen, Al Qaeda, but in that case the UN would allow it
