really that's not how you structure a formal letter, your address goes on top right and the recipients address and title on the left, then the date on the right, then the rest, unless this is how US does their formal writing, this is wrong,
@samer065 oh and I forgot when signing off a formal letter you must either use Yours Sincerely or Yours Faithfully, if you know the recipients name use Yours Sincerely, if you don't know the name then use Yours Faithfully.
Shouldn't I mention the company name of the recipient? Would you recommend typing the company name before or after a recipient's name and his or her title?
