Why is this version of Mandarin lyrics called "淚的小雨"?

I can not see anything about the rain.

That is a good question. This version is the earlier version with completely different lyrics. My guess is just using the title to make it sound like one even though it isn't.

Yes, I meant that they both songs came from the same Japanese song, but with different lyrics.
