Just go to 5-2 and go to the hall where you have lickers. There is always a Green Herb at the begining, then go kill all the lickers which gives you 5 Lion Heart Stones (12.500 Total) and then at the end heal yourself. This way you can get this achievement and get so many money.

Thanks for this man, I've been trying to get this one trophy for a couple of days now, and now I have it confirmed that it has to be done with "full heals", and not just single herbs. All my buddies got it just through regular gameplay but I didn't have that luck, and this is the last trophy I need besides "War Hero", which I'm on the edge of getting at the moment, thanks again bro!

In order for this Achievement/Trophy to work, you need to thank Chris/Sheva 100 times whenever they give you ammo, or heal you etc.

It's also best not to constantly request stuff from them either.

go to chapter 5-3, go to the room with the sapphire marquise (pick it up), make sure you have a shot gun with ammo in your inventory, sheva will pick up the ammo and hand it to you (press circle to thank her of course) and in about ten minutes you'll have about 6 sapphire marquise' (worth 3,000 each) a shit load of ammo and if you continue then surely the trophy/achievement will follow...
