@SuperZslayer I'm not exactly sure what you're asking. Humdrum means boring, dull, monotonous. When Mork said he played humdrum in his school band, he was referring to it as "an instrument" or in his case, a non-instrument-- a hum-drum. I hope that answers your question.
@jai54312 Not really. At this point they have feelings for each other, but they still consider themselves "friends". They didn't become an "official" couple until the episode "Mork the Swinging Single".
