@faokim @ticos2010s - Indeed, it would appear that the song - in Romanian - at section 4:00 of the video, appears to be plagiarism by the Romanian communists of a western song. Yet, bearing in mind they did not belong to the Western World at that time, and did not recognize copyrights or any regulation they would deem to be "capitalist". Besides, having total authority in every possible sector/sphere of the national life (unless Moscow objected), each communist nation could do as it wished...
