I am glad this is on YT. Too bad there aren't more. I remember the Singing Parkers, living in St. Louis during the years they were involved with Gateway and Lanny Wolfe. Those were the days, and Sally was everyone's favorite with her powerful vocals and annointing.
I miss Sally so much. I remember being in children's choir and doing all the perfomances at Faithworld back in the days. I love seeing Andria up there singing at Covenant Church now too. Such found memories.
Thank you for this video. Tim and Sally have made their way into countless hearts. Blessing those who are hungry for anointed fellowship with the Power of Gods Love and sharing God's promises and faithfulness in good times and bad times. Their Love and commitment will continue to be a living testimony.
Hi Andria! I'm SO glad someone put video on here of your precious Mom. As many have commented; there has never been, nor will be another "SALLY". I wish more people would post whatever they have on here! LOVE IT!! Love HER! Terrie M (FB friend)
Love Sally's singing! I have one of their albums from Stockton. She was amazing...singing "It's a Wonder about Jesus", among many others. There was none other like her!
Yes, Tim wrote "It's a Wonder" and WE put that song on OUR first choir record made in 1976 at Greater Apostolic Tabernacle in Dallas, TX where I was minister of music for about 14 years. I was SO privileged to have attended the Tim Ayers School of Music and to have been in his and Sally's home several times and to have known them personally. RECORDINGS could NEVER, EVER record her TRUE VOICE because it was WAAAAAAAY too big for that!! OMy there will never be another Sally Parker-Ayers EVER!
I went to Mark and Lori Carouthers church here in Corpus Christi while they were pastoring here, so lol, NO it definitely isn't Lori. I had it confirmed that it was Cindy Cruise by my ex-pastor's wife. Man, Sally and Becky Fender and Sharon Haygood....now THOSE WERE THE DAYS OF PRAISE!
NO better talent than Sally and Tim. I attended their school of music which in Carrolton, TX and it turned my life around musically! I have followed Sally since the old days of the "Singing Parkers". She is amazing! Michael in Corpus Christi, TX
sally is, hands down, my favorite vocalist! what a talent! i knew the ayres' from their days in the upc and they sang in our church in missouri many times and at various conferences and conventions throughout the upc. my sister attended gateway college of evangelism with tim and sally many years ago and sang under lanny wolfe. man, those were the days. just don't get praise and worship music like that anymore in my opinion!
this (what you see here at youtube) is from a home-made dvd i made myself. i had originally taped this on vhs directly off the tv when it was being performed live and later transferred it from vhs to dvd. as you know, vhs was never the high quality format that dvd is. this is the best quality i could get. i realize it's not professional but i don't care; i'm just happy to have it in my collection--professional or not.
Omph, I appreciate u'r response, but the request was 2 have a copy. I, like, pubs76 am very interested. I worked with Tim and Sally at Mike Hayes church 1985-1989 as the organist and was blessed by their demonstrated anointing.....david.pigue@gmail.

Is there a way to get this on a DVD? I would love for Sally's grand kids to have a better copy.
