On other channels, I see people condemning raw cacao saying that that it is not healthy and can have harmful effects on the body. What's the real deal about raw cacao? Im interested in trying it but dont want to suffer the side effects that others are speaking about
Raw cacao is totally safe for the average person. Its health benefits are unparalleled with any other fruit in the entire world. Try a bit and see how you feel. It's magical!
you need to purchase "raw cacao." you can find it at whole foods market and trader joes usually. you can also get it online from many suppliers. seek to pay about $12 - $16 per pound.
@mayaluvsmusic, I have never seen a grocery store that did not at least sell 100% cacao. It's not "raw." It's in the baking section near the sugar, flour, etc.
hey rawchocolateexpert, thanks for the comment. that's AWESOME! that you're really into raw cacao. wow 95%!!! you must be on a roller-coaster!! can the body handle all that theobromine? i'd love to hear more about your experiences.
I've been eating raw cacao for over a year and more and more I have just found nothing else makes me feel as well so giving up other things was so easy. One of the benefits is having TONS of energy and eating so little. If I was having any problems with it I would do otherwise but so far it seems to be fine.
awesome!! yes, exactly, follow what you body is telling you. i, too, find myself consuming large amounts at times and my body has always responded well -- cacao is amazing!! have you seen our other video on cacao? please subscribe to out channel to stay up-to-date
