Another nice video Eric. I like your use of the Husky Stack car. Knowing how your layout travels throughout your several rooms, what are you doing (if anything) to ensure reception back at the receiver?
Can't wait to see the step-by-step on the camera car. I don't even have a real layout yet but I'll be doing this soon. Excited to hear about the new DVD - guess I should finally get around to ordering the first :). Thanks as always.
Nice video Eric! I really like your camera car! Can't wait to see the video about how to make one! Thanks for sharing! Can't wait to see the layout update vid!
The camera is a great idea...looking forward to seeing what was used. It won't work for me though. Husky stack cars are too tall for my tunnel from my engine area to the rest of the layout (possible design flaw?). I was debating on doing something with one of my larger engines for a "front seat view".
I would love to build this camera car, when do you think you will have the posting?

Did you post a video how to build one yet

@mrpowerwagon123 No, but it's on the schedule. Probably won't be out until the fall.

you said the camera was d.c. I thought track power was a.c.?
TheLegoair 8 months ago
@TheLegoair The track is AC, the camera needs DC. The circuit board on the camera car converts the AC to DC for the camera.

@esiegel76 I was thinking about puting a camera in HO scale locomotive do you think that it would fit in the loco for a kind of locomotive view?

LOL.. brilliant idea dude!! Hiding the camera inside the container was a great idea. Plus you get great video playback quality. Great Job.
