I DESTROYED the boss in the last battle in like... two minutes... mainly because it took awhile to summon the complete robot... thing. Totally got it without using cheats B-)

@onewaytosavetheday Erde Kaiser did 9999 damage always in XS1.The boss had something like 17k health though. so you could not one shot it.

@KanjiofDarkness They more or less had to stop making games because Xenosaga 2 bombed when it came out. Bad reviews + low sales = no long series.

@FinalFantasyXIILover Well,I do admit there were some very powerful enemies.One strong enemy I remember facing in Xenosaga 2 is the Level 4.That thing was like an evolved form of an infected URTV!Not to mention it was so strong!I could never beat it!

@hotred789 Me either!I could've sworn I threw everything at it!Hey,speaking of strong foes,another strong enemy I remember facing is the Gargoyle from Xenosaga 1.It was huge,had massively powerful attacks,and don't even get me started on the Oudogogues!

@hotred789 The Gargoyle will agitate anyone.It's attacks are powerful,and it has two Oudogogues at it's side that not only attack with an attack that attacks the entire team,but they can also heal the Gargoyle using Unholy Regeneration.Another powerful enemy I remember is the Tiamat.The Tiamat always had me in the bag with it's Ruined Earth attack!The worst part was that you had to beat it twice,one time with Jr. dealing the final blow,the other time with Shion dealing the final blow!

@KanjiofDarkness oh yea you see i grinded a lot before that fight and i had upgraded Shion's Spell ray ithink and i had chaos so i could use all three A.G.W.S to reduce his Hp to low then i killed him twice i think

@meegoow sadly, that aint happening...bandi or who ever made xenosaga made the worst choice possible. they probably could of been more popular then COD. millionaires, billionaires...whats wrong with them? :'(

@thedaniel234able Ok not more than COD (too many idiots who think shooters make good games) but sadly we won't see this series again, though Xenoblade (not related to Xenogears and this, i believe) is still pretty great game

I know, people tend to overlook and not appreciate the quiet boss battle themes. But they always seem to be the best. This was an amazing way to end the first game.

I really enjoy boss battles like this. The slower, more quiet approach only seems to make the battle more epic in this case.
