  • Do you think one of these would have the punch to use on a real kit?

  • @Tazthewonderdog No I don't think it would have the power! I only put a short beater on it to limit the force that it hit the bass pad with........;0)

  • @Bezwaldo1 That's what I though, thanks! I think I'll use your basic design, except made out of metal and customized a little, to design a double kick... I'll post a video reply if I decide to do it.

  • or just buy a pedal? what are you a spoilt rich brat or something .. some of us feel the need for thrift . genius idea mate. nice one

  • Or you can just go buy a ppedal..

  • @Ninjafiedrummer

Yeah ya could but what would be the fun in that......;)

  • @Bezwaldo1 what about the hi hat mate . did you do one for that

  • @twelvemeister yeah, it is set up different, a lot easier to make too, will post a video soon...;)

  • haha amazing idea! I have this drum machine too, I never thought of this :)

  • You are genius!

  • eu fiz diferente veja

    veja yamaha dd65 e kp65

  • @rrguia Este é um bom substituto para o KP65 se você não tem um monte de dinheiro, e funciona muito bem ..........

  • Thanks SO much. I've been looking for an actual bass pedal for the DD-65, and I found a pad. (REALLY expensive) Plus, I would have had to buy an actual pedal to hit it with. So this is MUCH MUCH cheaper. Again THANKS SO MUCH!!!

  • @MegaArtguy

No problem mate, Mine is still going strong! the beater broke once but because its made out of wood it was easily replaced! now its stronger and more durable.......;)

  • This is brilliant, thanks. Will build something similar for my DD-65!

  • muito criativo!

  • Question: Does the Yamaha pedal stand up to the pedal beating fairly well? I already have an actual bass pedal and the floor pedal that came with the DD-55...I found this video because I had the idea to mount the floor pedal. I am just curious as to how well it works once you start drumming?

  • @qtlesgrl I have been using it for 6 months and not had a problem yet, Hope this helps......;0)

  • @Bezwaldo1

Thanks! I did not realize you just posted this and it was still just 6 months you had been using it. haha

  • Nice bro.......

  • thanks!

  • Thank you for making this video. It will be helpful

    for me!

I own a DD-65 now I'll save money doing it!

    Again, thank you!

I am Brazilian and I'm using Google to talk with you, do not be surprised if what I write seems "Me Trazan you Jane" hehehe

  • @radsbr Glad to help...;)
