Had friends over for supper and we tried this dish and like ``Carrothead`` says, -- WOW!!! -- it's amazingly delicious - really WOW!!! Everyone wanted the recipe. I used spicy chinese pepper sauce and greek olive oil instead - couldn't find the Portuguese stuff. Please share more of these original recipe's.

those clams will be tough if you add them in begining for they were already cooked.
