It worked PERFECTLY!!! Unbelievable! I've been spending hours and on my 2nd day trying to fix this issue. So hopefully it works for most people, if they've already tried uninstalling their NIC and re-installing, making sure the drivers are working fine, but still getting the Unidentified Network problem. Then 1. Pull the power cable out while the PC is running. 2. Once it's down/off, hold the power button for 30 seconds. 3. plug the power cable back on and reboot the PC! Whalah .
I don't know, probably you have another problem. This method worked and not only for me. Try to look on forums dedicated to network problems. I'm sure you will find something. Good luck !
@dragosstudio2007 well you see i used my laptop till the battery loses its energy up and turns off...so like after i recharged it and on it again, it won't connect to any networks/our wifi....it is connected but the ipv4 and ipv6 is not connected according to the internet status of it but when i went to adapter settings and right click our local network and pressed properties, the ipv4 and ipv6 is in checked...so i don't really get it :(
can anyone can teamviewer me i have this problem on my wifi add me tingando@yahoo.com my ym i have this problem all my driver are up to date idk why and what should i do so please
go to properties on your LAN network card, find IPv6 and IPv4, make sure both their properties are auto in obtaining address. If it is and still not working, then install protocol on IPv6 and IPv4 then reboot. If the problem still there, then disable any unnecessary programs on msconfig
this networking problem with win 7 is fuckin ridiculous, they charge 200 dollars for the fucking os and ppl buy it cause its supposed to fix what was wrong with vista and the only way to get help with garbage ass win 7 is to fork out another 50 dollars so they can tell you how to fix what is wrong with the program that you originally bought from microsoft.. its a fucking scam.. FUCK MICROSOFT!!! learn some good fucking business ethics
1. Reset your IE Internet Settings: TOOLS / Internet Options/ Advanced > RESET.
2. On START MENU RUN Command: msconfig
then in the General TAB Select NORMAL START UP, and the APPLY, if it is already set ti that, click any other choice like Diagnostic start up, then back to Normal Startup, (so that you can hut the APPLY button.
Then reboot. THAT IS ALL. Worked perfectly for me.

After a lot of research on many forums I found out that there are 2 major fixes:
-stopped the "##Id_String2.6844F930_1628_4223_B5CC_5BB94B879762##" service .
and
-disable the IPv6.
Don't know which of this solved the problem because I made both of them and reboot. After reboot .....surprise...everything is working perfect.
Hope that this post helps someone !
Best regards !

@dragosstudio2007 are you still having problems?

@backsider578
No, the fix that I posted 4 months ago works perfectly and didn't need anything else.
dragosstudio2007 1 year ago
@dragosstudio2007 ummm how did you stop the ##Id_String2.6844F930_1628_4223_B5CC_5BB94B879762##
backsider578 1 year ago
@backsider578
To access the services window run the "services.msc" command.
"Start" -> "Run" type :services.msc -> Enter
Here you can access all services.
Right click on the "Id_String2.6844F930_1628_4223_B5CC_5BB94B879762"
Choose proprieties
On the "Startup Type" choose Manual
Then hit the stop button.
And FINISH.

OK I found a working solution: 2 steps
