Amiga is the best machine in history. We Amigans doesnt ignore PC or Mac users, but They have always ignored Amiga for something unknown. They simply havent tried it! Amiga deserves much more attention! Because its The Creative Computing platform. So much unique software and creative people makes Amiga a great alternative!
they did it on a lower level, so they didn't unkowingly include stuff that would bloat it for an unwise reason (the apparent example being GUI's like Nero's which uses Direct X just to look glossy or some other bull like that). Also, you had the need to optimize which you don't today, so application programmers allow themselves stuff they wouldn't if they were more careful.
The wild thing is that this is running on a 1996-spec Amiga. Even near the end and after having almost no R&D work done on them for about a decade, the Amiga was still comparing well with the competition. I have a copy of an interview with Jay Miner in which he stated that he had already thought of the features of the AGA chipset back in 1984. However, display screens weren't ready for it yet. Genius!
Another great Amiga AGA 68060 Demo by TBL. Great visuals, excellent music by: Yolk. One of my favourite Amiga Demos. Great design and direction. Kalms & Rubberduck did a great job with the code behind this demo. The 3D Voxel is very well done. Especially to run as well as it does on the 68060.
1:35 .. looks like Vocels for me. Please correct me if I'm wrong

This is amazing. All parts of this demo are just perfect.
There's no wonder that this runs on a normal Amiga as the coder is Kalms, a well known magician with Amiga's hardware and Assembly.

The voxel scenes. WOW! It was beautiful.
All this from a 68060? the author(s) are gods among men.
