fuck, if you wanna shoot movies get a digital video camera! My mobile phone is purely a mobile phone, none of this flashy hey my phone got 5-megapixels bullshit. Thats why i buy a camera to shoot photos. I buy mobile to make phone calls. U get it?

um, you can choose shutter speed, there is a histogram display, and you can shoot up to 20min at a time before the sensor overheats. way to trash a good camera.

@MsJessicaBanana LMFAO You have no idea of what your talking about. He means shutter speed within video as in 60i, 30p, 24p, etc. And Live histograms while shooting. You're talking about the shutter release speeds that are measured in 1/4, 1/8, 1/16, 1/30, etc, etc. And you're also talking about the histogram on stills. Learn your camera more. ;)

@popitn2nd The mic is a RodeStereo video mic, it cost about $250,oo from B and H Video. and a Matte box can not tell you much about ti cause I don't have one. forget to tell you the mic is heavy, so you may want to get the new version which is lighter and has the same features.

Same your money and get a pro DH cam.

Keep your D300 just for photos.

Use a pro HD cam to shoot your videos.
