I don't doubt you can sing better, but you have to understand that the key of the song is too high for both of the singers and that's why it's hard for them to actually cope together and "perfect" this song.
And Nigel13Plus, I understand why the girl was singing the male tune rather than the female tune. If you actually sing the song with the Jay Chou version key, it's extremely hard to hit certain notes.
they only had a few days to practice and they dont normally sing together except for karaoke :P and she doesnt like doing harmony stuff, or melody stuff :)
