DD should have manitory Hearing Test for ALL employese! There is no excuse for not getting an order right! If you say NO SUGAR what part don't they understand?

America runs on Dunkin's? Not in California we don't, because there isn't a single store in the state. So yeah, their iced coffee would help me conquer the world and do everything the commercial says but it doesn't 'cos I'd have to drive 8 hours to Vegas in order to get a cup. Fail.
i joined the perk rewards and they sent the dunkin dollars on a POST CARD ...i live in an apt bldg so guess how many of those dollars i got ,NONE.....but i bet the postal workers got plenty ....lots of spending NO REWARDS........COMPLAINED OFTEN NO RESPONSE....what a scam ...i am the boss on my job and buy for the crew....not anymore ...starbucks here i come....right across the street ...no more feeling cheated
Their iced coffee works REALLY well in the morning if you had a late night or something. But I would never drink it for the sake of drinking it. It is way too strong. Starbucks' ice coffee is not nearly as effective, but it tastes better. As for the donuts...they are horrible. Good thing I have a krispy creme in my area.
Just came from your Irvington, NJ store where I asked for a black coffee with no sugar. I got a black coffee with sugar. Wish there was a Starbucks around. They make a point of getting it right.
Could somebody please explain to me how to order a Dunkin Donuts 'Iced Coffee?' I had it once (out of town) and they made it super good..just perfect. It was probably the best one I'd ever had! Now everytime I order it at my local spot, they never make it right. It tastes flat and bitter. I ask for extra vanilla, cream and sugar ... but it doesn't get sweeter at all (like the one I had before). This isn't a joke!
I'm tired of the stale donuts daily in my area, they use a central bakery to make all the area stores donuts, they must be two days old before the stores get them, I have called and complaned, but no one hears, have been a customer for 40yrs. WAKE UP DUNKIN !
Please everyone, for the safety of those with nut allergies, please have your peanut butter at home.There are so many,many wonderful flavors Dunkin Donuts can use besides those containing nuts. Dark chocolate raspberry,milk-chocolate cherry cordial, rum-flavored eggnog, chocolate orange spice, pumpkin cheesecake,even sunbutter-banana! Sunbutter is a yummy, delicious non-nut spread!It has a light,toasty flavor that would go just as good with bananas!How about a carob cinnamon cream cheese flavor?
@liza767 I want Dunkin' Cereal again. The artifical sugar candy covering on the cereal bits to simulate a glazed donut. The 80s were so rad and did not shy away form real sugar! :)
I signed up for the DD Perks because they advertised a free iced coffee coupon when I signed up. I didn't get it when I signed up, so I thought it was going to be emailed to me. Still haven't gotten anything. Dunkin Donuts where's my free iced coffee as promised?
@leppiloo they send them on a POST CARD ! what a dumb idea , at least the postal workers got free coffee,after stealing the rewards sent to me ...i called and they put me on the "pay no mind list" i figure they owe me $35.00.... fat chance , so don't hold your breath and head back to
