@SocialistDemocracy The short explanation that we have is part of a longer oral tradition. Presently what you see on YT is a very brief aspect to a much larger aspect of the Tao. Because it is 'Oral Tradition', this is transmitted from Sifu to Student so there is nothing written in depth other than what you see on the website. We do go much into details in our seminars more than our classes. Both classes and seminars are open to the public.
