There's alot of controversy about Ritalin. I think the reason it requires prescription is simply because the ingredient(Methylphenidate), is a drug that doesn't fit anybody. What I mean by that is that it can cause serious side-effects to some people and even death to people with heart problems.

I take Ritalin at the moment.
There's alot of controversy about Ritalin. I think the reason it requires prescription is simply because the ingredient(Methylphenidate), is a drug that doesn't fit anybody. What I mean by that is that it can cause serious side-effects to some people and even death to people with heart problems.
On the other side, if everyone (or those who can benefit from it) took ritalin, it would lead to a much smarter environment in public schools and would boost the average.
