He's a good friend with the Metalocalypse people IRL, Tommy Blacha, Brendon Small and those lads. Skwisgaar Skwigelf is based on Rob (I think?), atleast the one in CC who plays his guitar almost every interview and sleeps with his guitar on the Centuries of Torment DVD
