Thanks for the comments. I wonder if it's to late. I took out her braid, played with her hair a little trying to investigate her wig. It isn't loose, just seems that hee hair is thin, and her wig shows kinda easy. I wonder if they would take her back if I put the braid back in.

Thanks for letting me know about your Julie. I really do love mine, but wondered if I should look to have her rewiged at the doll hopital. Sounds like this is just the way Julie is made. I can put her hair in doggy ears, pig tails, if I do a sort of criss crossing over from one side and then bring it other side before I put the rubber band in, do same on other side. Maybe that will help you.
