For the month of November my girlfriend and I toured around Vietnam and because of the value for money we mainly stayed in 5 star hotels, however, in Hanoi we decided to stay here ..... Wow. The entire time I was there I couldn't get over the value for money, we were paying 3x as much in the other hotels for less service. The rooms are great, staff extremely helpful and welcoming, the breakfast is great, and the location is perfect. If you are in Hanoi stay here and you won't regret it. Njeffers
This is my 5th time in Vietnam and this is by far the best value for money hotel Ive stayed in. The friendly and helpful staff were awesome, the rooms were faultless and the breakfast was 5 star. Will definalty stay here again if ever back in Hanoi. We paid $60 per night. Incredible that they can provide this level of hospitatlity for so little. 5 star hotels around the world should send their staff here for training.( the hotel I am in tonight could definatly learn a thing or two!!)

The staff were so helpful, friendly and courteous, it spoiled us for the rest of our trip! Had some of our best breakfasts in Vietnam there and the rooms are great value for money too - definitely worth staying in!
Lovely comfy hotel in old quarter. Best thing though is the staff. They really cant do enough. Organised tour to Halong Bay through they too...all went smoothly. The breakfast is lovely (recommend the omlettes!). Super stay - thank you.

“Amazing customer service”
