i have no id how much pro mma fighters train, but take buakaw for example. he trains 8 hours a day 6 days a week.

This video didn't really show the quality and quantity of training. Thais train twice a day and six days a week. Morning training is from 7 am to 9-10 am and the afternoon training is from 3 pm to 6 pm. That's a lots of training in my opinion...
