We were just born without the connecty piece that prevents others from doing this...I can't currently remember the name of the connecty piece...but its under your tounge? @Azdromis It's called Frenulum. I don't know if you can be born without it but there is a surgery to remove it (frenectomy) if it's short and you can't speak very well. Mine is short but my dentist said no need to remove it since I can pronounce all letters.
