man i feel like this game would of raped if they would of worked on the storyline abit, and also the general feel of the game. THERES JUST SO MUCH PARTENTIAL IN THIS GAME!!! But they didnt deliver :(. It almost feels like an FPS APB reloaded, except abit more intense. What i think they could of done, was make it feel more open world, you dont really get a feel for whats around you. But all and all i think its a good game. Best game ever! there is just too many haters that dont understand that this is nothing like cod, and it is not suppost to be! it is focused on teamwork, and if you are a lone wolf then the offense levels will be unbeatable for you. you might as well stick with defense where all you do is kill and plant turrets and stuff.

Loved brink, I dont have internet 2 play online, so I dont kno whats up with that, but the single player n free dlc was nice. I just wish there was more levels n greater story emphises. And of course, the graphics needed more work. Hopefully they make a far better sequel in the future or maybe even a remake!

@fightinandirish Because, the founder's sent out a party to investigate the rest of world. Some vestiges are still left and the party was intercepted. The party was tortured and killed for the location of the Ark. The founder's moved it and they don't have the resources to do it again. So if they escape, the country or faction who will catch them will take over the Ark, pillaging it for resources. With a security force of around 100, they can't fight thousands.

@gameking55 Brink basically took the class based fps genre and perfected it. Every problem found in them was fixed. They brought back that old Id game style while adding so much more to the plate. It focuses on your team and moving it rather than just killing people. The damage to kill help the game be more calm, strategic, and team based as well as keep away campers and snipers.It wasn't a clone of some popular game, but a new unique game.

@gameking55 The reason I fanboy is because there's so much hate on it that it make me feel like I need to defend it. I also really want to see a sequel and more DLC.

This game did so much right but it takes time to figure out.

The classes being played the same makes it easy to switch from one to the other which was what they were going for.

But besides that sorry you didn't like it. Brink fatal flaw was over hype followed by a really glitchy release. If you ever get the urge give it another shot

It's paved the way for a depresseding corridor brown n grey shootan' adventure that is in most FPS these days

Even BF3, the ONE game I wanted to be impervious to this fell to EA's Legal Spyware and piles of cash

But now a 2142 squeal is being rumored

All I can do now is hope.

People who say that it's too hard do not understand that this is the new way of shooters. The "traditional" shooter games are now consider oldschool like cod, Halo and all those goodies. This game had a lot of promise, but it fell flat on its face when the devs pulled the release date forward because the game was 'finished', and then within an hour of playing it people realised it's got more bugs and issues than most closed betas. Any dev team that can say this code was 'finished' (if that was in fact a dev team decision, and not Bethesda) needs to seriously examine the thoroughness of their planning and testing stages.
