there's a cool way you can outsmart the campaign, not by cheating in the lua files creating tons of Battlecruisers but by always starting the next mission with nothing, the less you have the less the PC sends against you.
True, but I didn't want to waste credits I guess, even though you get 80% back for retired ships. But when I did this level with strikecraft only, the timer was so short and the Keepers took so long to come back that my Dreadnaught was completely repaired before they returned =D
PS I had a ton of fun on Thaddis Sabbah. the PC only had about 5 BCs, 6 destroyers and a ton of smaller craft. Even so it was like a shooting gallery. 21 flak frigates with 2BCs, 5 destroyers and dreadnought hangin' back. it was like the turning point in a heroic battle in an epic movie against evil. payback's a bitch :D
like when Rohan shows up at Minas Tirith in LOTR3, total ownage :D if I ever do it again I'll be sure to post it

actually, in cataclysm the bentusi try to jump to another galaxy and some make it. so the bentusi may still exist, just in another galaxy
