OK I guess the morgue thing does need some explaining.

No one does a damn thing, they all act like they are dead. Nothing ever happens in a small town. I usually blame that on the police state of small towns. First part is about how there's police everywhere and there are frikkin mini malls and everything popping up right next to cow pastures.
