it depends on what you are looking for- some I like are the Origins Multi Grain, the MAC studio Fix powder, the MAC MSF Natural and the MAC prep and primer powder! :o) All great choices!

Someone might have cleared this up already but the shade on the Mat Velvet + is the last 2 numbers on the "Ref:" number on the bottom of the bottle. So like mine says REF: 37030 so i'm shade 30.

Hi Lisa! Love your videos! Just wanted to drop you a little tip about loose powders. I've noticed that there has be less fall out mess (for me) if I put a regular cotton pad on top of the sifter, before putting the lid back on. And for the already existing powder that's on the sifter, just try to open the container by lifting up the sifter carefully, and put the product back in. I can make a video to demonstrate it =D. Please let me know if you'd be interested.

I love love love the YSL mascara,it is one that I always reach for. A trick that I have learned for using loose powders is that I put some tape over half of the holes in the container, to control how much powder comes out when I open the top of my loose powder.

Hi Lisa! I also use MUFE Mat Velvet & LOVE it!. Look underneath the bottle for the shade color. There's a series of numbers and it's the last two digits. At least, that's how it coincided w/ my shade# when I got my bottle a while ago.

Hey Lisa! I love your videos. But i need to tell you the truth. Im glad youre laying off the self tanner. I think that the self tanner made you look alot older than you are, and maybe it was the camera but it almost looked like you had age spots. I comented in a previous video that I felt the self tanner was getting a bit out of hand (that stuff really looks orange after a while and not so attractive, on anyone, not just her). I tried to do it in a polite way, but some people just can't handle even constructive criticism. Seriously, if it were me I would want someone to tell me!

Shade Numbers for Mat Velvet Foundation: On the bottom of the bottle there is a reference number, the shade is the last 2 digits of the reference #. Example, the reference # on the bottom of my bottle is REF 37035, so I wear shade # 35. Hope this helps.
