The only holes in it is if the assembler ignores the alarm that they have done something wrong or have a mislabled bar code sticker on one of the bins. Other wise pretty air tight.
pretty good vid. A lot of work though to maintain and install sensors etc. Better where possible to 'design in' poka yoke. For example change the pitching of mounting holes on say 'red' vs 'orange' lights so that it is impossible to put the wrong one in the wrong place. Impressive vid still
Chaku-Chaku does NOT mean "one worker, several tasks". It means "load-load" because that's what the operator's job is basically reduced to.
