@DwhNeo That's because it was an American animation studio, and given how many of those are pigeonholed into "kid-friendly" crap and/or slapstick comdey, most of them haven't had nearly enough experience to know what methods to use to make a good animated horror film (other than blood and gore, which they RARELY get to draw, so many of them are all over that part.). If only parents in the US would stop trying to make TV be the babysitter, then MAYBE we would have better animations
