That is exactly what I've been thinking! And the fact that Renji attacked Rukia when she went back to Soul Society. Ichigo never attacked Rukia (except calling her a bitch but that had nothing to do with that). AND Rukia was that one who cheered up Ichigo in his time of despair! And there are a lot more reasons like in the beginning with Grand Fisher (not when he was an Arrancar).
