I can't believe I'm doing this, but let me just take the time to address a few misconceptions of anarchism. Hopefully this helps someone:
1. Anarchism =/= chaos. Anarchist societies would be FAR less chaotic than the current world.
2. Anarchism is the removal of leaders. People work collectively within their community to get what they need.
3. Anarchy is not a "mess". Capitalism is the true mess. And by denouncing pro-humanitarian societies like anarchism, you are supporting that mess.

@dedliwon I love anarcho peace punk music by bands like Crass, Flux of Pink Indians, Subhumans, etc. but you're pretty much right about it, as far as it being a movement. It's very naive and idealistic to think that through anarchism, peace would be obtained. Humans are just way too fucked up to live a life devoid of conflict. Glad John Joesph had enough sense to say it in this song.

Only thing missing here is the energy of seeing them play live back in the day, with the original line up, the bodies moshing around screaming every lyric at the top of thier lungs, it was a really good way to release any tension from life and there is never a shortage of that shit! And then they become more well known than the movement itself. Skinheads are having the same problem. I hate this band, love the music part, but them and their lyrics are pathetic. First off, "if AIDs dont get ya the warheads will" is a homophobic statement, this band hates gay people, theyre saying if you dont fight, your gay and will contract aids, and if you dont die from the aids you'll die from being peaceful. Secound, hippies dont practice anarchy, and anarchy doesnt include world peace. all anarchists arent pacifists. Anarchy isnt as impractical as peace.
