Did anyone notice the hot pepper sauce was already in the food processor when Clarissa said she was going to add hot pepper sauce, when she went to add it, it wasn't already in there.
I must say I am from Brazil and never tasted the Brazilian food featured in this episode, not even smelled the smell of oil she mentioned you can smell in the streets of Brazil... LOL
Brazil is a very large country and that particular food is typical from just one State in the north. Just a little note.
I loved the stuffed prune though. I made it last week, I must say it's just awesome!
I used to watch this show every single time it was on and i knew when and what time it would be on... LOL One of the best cooking shows.... Glad i could see it here.... these both are just wonderful.... RIP Jennifer
@zackboomer Ahhh. I know she did mention something on the show about giving up alcohol. I just thought it was due to health reasons, I didn't know she had issues with it. I'm glad she managed to beat it, and has lived to be an old lady who is still very sharp.:o)
@zackboomer They ran their show on the food network about 10 yrs ago. I always watched it too. I'm glad there are some clips on youtube, it brings back many memories of those 2 fabulous ladies who were funnier than the food they cooked. I'm not big on English food but I loved them lol
@Tonithenightowl also she started drinking after her mother and father died, she was an alcoholic for 12 years and lived on the streets and in friend's houses. It's amazing she was able to overcome it and get back to where she is today. She inherited around 3 million pounds when her father died I believe
@zackboomer So she came from money ahhh. She spoke of her mother often on the show. Sounded like a real character lol Yes, it's amazing what the human spirit can do.

he's gone off to fight the Greeks!"

Didn't Clarissa start out as a lawyer? Apparently she loved cooking more which is a plus for us lol.
